OPT-IN/OPT-OUT and Contact Update

Welcome to the Tonkra Messaging subscription management page! Here, you can:

  1. Subscribe/Opt-In to receive SMS from contact group.
  2. Unsubscribe/Opt-Out from group communications.
  3. Update your saved details, such as your name, email, or other contact information, within the group.

How It Works:

Follow these simple steps to manage your preferences:

  1. Enter Your Contact Group ID:
    Provide the unique Contact Group ID assigned to you.

  2. Generate Your Links:
    Click the Get Links button to receive personalized links for subscribing, unsubscribing, or updating your details.

  3. Take Action:

    • To Subscribe/Update Details: Click the provided “Subscribe” link to join the group or update your saved contact details in the group, such as your first name, last name, or other fields.
    • To Unsubscribe: Click the “Unsubscribe” link to opt out of the group.

These actions are secure and directly linked to your Contact Group ID, ensuring that only authorized updates are made.
